Fabiana will be joining our office in September 2025. She is an architect (FHO), structural draughtswoman and strategic head for our projects, internal processes and the big picture.
With many years of experience from three architectural firms – including the renowned jessenvollenweider – she brings design skills as well as a deep understanding of intelligent structures and sustainable construction.
She thinks not only in terms of design concepts, but also in terms of processes – with a precise eye for what holds architecture together in the background. For her, planning is not a linear process, but a dynamic system that functions efficiently while still taking account of the details.
At the same time, their approach to architecture is characterized by a deep understanding of social issues: Building means taking responsibility – for different realities of life, needs and perspectives. It is about architecture that thinks and facilitates everyday life functionally, creates identity and thinks about tomorrow.
For us, she is far more than just professional reinforcement. She is a real asset to our team.
